Our experienced from the moment My wife and I arrived at BMW northwest was unforgettable experience. We were greeted and opened up the door for us by this two wonderful gentleman Jay Senon and Adam. Handshakes greeting was very good touch. My wife and I went to BMW Northwest after a bad experience at the Lexus dealership, just to check out what was on the lot. Jay Senon introduced us to Adam and telling us what they had in their lot, after we told what we came for, he offered us to test Drive the model that we are eyeing for.. keeping the story we ended up buying 2026 BMW X5 40i. I can say Adam was very friendly and helpful. I did not feel being pressured at all which I really like..he gave us a lot of time to talk about it and make our decision. Jay Senon’s friendly demeanor helps a lot in making our decision..I would like to thank him also for the gift he gave ( BMW Jacket) that was a very nice touch.. I want to let BMW Northwest management know that you have two person who are a very good assets to your company..I know all of them are good But this two gentlemen are exceptional.. Thanks again for the good experience. The word Welcome to the BMW family from Jay Senon was a very good touch. Thank you very much. Thank you to Keith for showing and teaching us how all the electronics works, you guys are great 👏👍

I wanted to trade my X1 that I bought a year and half ago to sedan style car. Eddie was able to find me the perfect one in less than an hour. I was able to trade it in for a little bit of out of pocket expense. He was very well mannered, spoke with respect, wasn’t pushy, and made my experience very welcoming. He went above and beyond to ensure I received top tier care during this moment. I wasn’t that hopeful that I could trade my car in but in three hours I was driving off in my 2025 228i sports package. What a wonderful experience purchasing my new car has been! Working with Kevin was great. No high pressure, just honesty and a down to earth great guy. I have a new BMW X1 xdrive28i and I am so happy! The whole experience started with stopping by BMW Northwest just to look. Client advisor, Mike Eastey, was very nice and showed us this vehicle and answered questions even though it was just about closing time. We went back on the weekend and Mike gave us the keys and sent us out on a test drive. I was sold. Mike was very helpful and thoughtful throughout the whole process. No high pressure sales here. He’s genuinely a nice person that we could relate to. While waiting for the paperwork, he helped me set up the My BMW app. The finance manager, Alicia Carr, was very nice, thorough, and got me a great interest rate. She gave me options without high pressure, which I really appreciated. Tatiana Castilleja, helped me finish setting up the My BMW app and program the settings in the vehicle I would need. I love how she asked me questions to customize the settings to my liking and comfort! There are so many cool state of the art features on this vehicle! I don’t know the names of the young men that got the car all cleaned up and ready to go, but I thank them too. Lastly, I don’t know the name of the gentleman who evaluated my trade-in vehicle, but I feel the offer was fair, especially since it needed expensive body work done. I do not do a lot of reviews. But there are times that your experience was so good that you need to stop and take a moment to appreciate a job well done. After seeing my friend’s new BMW, I was in love. It was the first time I felt that flutter in my stomach for a BMW since when I got my first one over 20 years ago and I knew I needed one. Off I went on my hunt and that is when I found my new (to me) ride and also met Alan Sluka at BMW Northwest in Fife. From the beginning Alan was very friendly, put up with my fiancée and mine’s shenanigans. Most importantly to all this, he put up with my paranoid nature. I mean, as much as I love BMW, I am not blind to their high maintenance nature. But I am up for the challenge, I mean I am also a Jeep owner. 🙂 Alan was understanding, patient, and worked with me to make me comfortable with my purchase. All this to say is thanks Alan! I will definitely be coming back to buy my next BMW from him, because yes, I am already plotting my next one. 🤣
