Awesome experience at Allentown BMW! Madalyn in the call center was our initial contact and did a great job getting us set up for a showroom visit. Our sales consultant Mason was fantastic, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process, and had several models ready for immediate test dives. Jared and the entire management team made the Leasing experience a pleasure, and your prep department did a thorough job getting the car ready on a snowy day. We have also used your wonderful service department in the past and look forward to the convenient oil change service for the 330i in the future. Bravo to the entire team! Mason, the salesman, was great! Answered my questions quickly, clearly and concisely. I never felt pressured. The finance manager was great too. He made the process flow smoothly and explained everything to me in detail. I will definitely recommend this dealer. I traveled an hour and a half to get the service they provided.

I’ll keep this simple: BMW of Allentown provided the best service experience I’ve had at any BMW dealership in the 12 years I’ve owned BMW vehicles. First, when you call the service department, someone actually answers the phone. Second, the service advisors are professional, helpful, and take the time to assist you instead of rushing to end the conversation. Third, the repair estimates were among the most reasonable I’ve encountered. Because of that level of service and professionalism, I won’t take my BMW anywhere else.

We had an outstanding experience from start to finish at BMW of , Pa. Our salesperson, Mason Steltz was very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right vehicle—not just making a quick sale. He took the time to answer every question we had. This purchase was pretty much done over the phone being that we live in Rehoboth Beach, De. It was worth the drive, since having a horrible experience trying to buy the same model BMW from a dealership in Delaware. Business manager, Brian Amill was just as impressive—transparent, efficient, and easy to work with. The paperwork process was smooth and stress free with no pressure. And last but not least, Hailey Madeira who was very patient in going over BMW’s iDrive 9 System with us. This is LOADED with features. We’ve purchased many new vehicles over the years from numerous brands and dealers and we have to say, Overall, this was the best car-buying experience we’ve had. The level of professionalism, honesty, and customer care really sets this team apart. We communicated over a few email and calls, all was made clear and concise throughout the process. The advisor in finance ( Jeremy I think) was very professional and not overbearing like so many I’ve dealt with before.
