Upon my first experience walking into BMW of anchorage, I was greeted by Nathan. From the first moment of sitting at his desk to the moment I drove away with my new-to-me 2022 X3 - Nathan understood my hesitancy to step into a luxury vehicle. He provided me with the multiple options for warranties and maintenance plans for the vehicle to ease my concern regarding the terrible service I was provided by Swickard Audi. Nathan maintained consistent and supportive contact from day one to vehicle delivery, going out of his way to confirm that all my requests for purchase was met and provided in a timely manner. Although everyone from sales to service at BMW provides exceptional service, Nathan in particular stands out from the rest. His kind determination really helps you feel comfortable when making a considerably sized financial investment on a luxury vehicle others might find intimidating. Nathan helped me find my dream car that I didn’t even know I wanted until I saw it and drove it. In July of last year my husband and I found ourselves in the need a of a new (used) truck pretty quickly as our last one had decided it was time for a long stay at the mechanic. I was on the hunt for something slightly specific with a decent price. Oddly enough found that at the BMW of Anchorage. Jae did a great job of making the process seamless along with the finance department. We have purchased many vehicles in the past and never had such easy and great experience 10/10 recommend!!
