I am so glad that I purchased my latest vehicle here. I am from MD and was drawn here because they had a beautiful Benz truck that was irresistible. So I took a road trip. They had a lot of beautiful BMW’s also. I had an appointment to see the Benz and was running late. My sales rep, Manan got my time adjusted . He welcomed me and my family upon arrival. He was very professional, nice, and helpful throughout the process. I have good credit, but did not have history of making such a big purchase. Manan and the finance manager Michael, got the deal done for me with the bank. Also, with little cash down. I had a small issue with my tags taking longer than expected due to out of state, and the BMV, but the sales Manager Nicholas stepped in. I was overnighted another temp tag in the meantime. He was diligent in making sure he kept his promises and communicated with me effectively until my real tags arrived. He easily resolved the issue. My permanent tags were also overnighted to me. 10/10 I would recommend to my friends back home, and to any one else looking to buy a luxury vehicle as I had a great experience. I love my new car, and it runs great!

Andrew, Steve, and Luis were absolutely amazing! From the very first conversation to picking up my car, the entire process was seamless. When I arrived at the dealership, my new car was already waiting for me. Steve immediately assisted with removing my old car and registering my new one with my insurance, making the transition effortless. At the same time, Luis made sure everything was transferred from my old car to my new one — including my EZPass and garage door opener (which I always seem to forget!). He also had my plates and registration handled within minutes of me walking through the door. More importantly, he genuinely treats his clients like family, and that kind of service is rare to find. All in all, I spent only about 30 minutes at the dealership, and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience.
