BMW of Farmington Hills - Sales

I had a very pleasant experience here at the BMW dealership. My X5 was giving me several problems and they addressed them head on. If you get a chance, ask for Mike hood specifically. He did a wonderful job of explaining to me what was the issues with my truck and the options that were available. I had an underlying issue when my truck was being returned to me. Thank goodness I was there at the time! They took my truck back for more observations and repairs and now my truck is running good with no check engine light. New battery and it even held up in the rain which was becoming an issue.. I was more of an old-school car type. Very happy that cars are more modernize with technology as you can spot many errors without having to spend a ton of money for answers.

I had another amazing experience at BMW of Farmington Hills, this time using my Crystal Fusion warranty, and the entire process was so easy and stress free. Mike Mikolowski made everything super smooth from start to finish and was so polite, patient, and easy to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt taken care of the whole time, which I really appreciated. I also always feel welcomed here every time I come in, and the receptionist was so kind as always and made checking out quick and pleasant. Overall, this was another really positive experience, and it just reinforced why I keep coming back here. I would absolutely recommend BMW of Farmington Hills to anyone looking for great service and an easy, comfortable experience.

He was my service advisor for a recent repair, and from start to finish, he made the process smooth and stress-free. Brian communicated clearly about what was going on with my vehicle, set realistic expectations, and kept me updated throughout the repair. What stood out most was his professionalism and attention to detail. He took the time to make sure I understood the work being done and answered all of my questions without rushing. It’s not always easy to feel confident during a repair situation, but Brian made it easy to trust the process. His customer service, transparency, and follow-through really set him apart. Working with both him and Matt was a 10/10 experience!

I had an amazing experience buying my BMW here! Danny and Chris were incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful, and they made the entire process feel very low pressure while making sure all of our needs were taken care of. Terrance went above and beyond to have our X3 cargo liner ready the very next day when we picked up the car, which we truly appreciated. The receptionist was also so sweet and welcoming, which made the experience even better from the moment we walked in. Overall, this was a fantastic car-buying experience and I would highly recommend this dealership!
