⭐ 1 Star – Avoid This Dealership I brought my BMW to BMW of Fort Walton Beach for a recall appointment and left wondering how a simple service visit turned into one of the worst dealership experiences I've ever had. I asked them to look at a few straightforward concerns: a windshield washer issue, steering wheel vibration, and a rear turn signal that was flashing rapidly. Instead of diagnosing the vehicle as a whole, they charged separate diagnostic fees for each individual complaint, resulting in hundreds of dollars in charges before any actual repairs were even approved. Then came the shock: nearly $8,000 in recommended repairs. It felt less like a service inspection and more like a sales pitch designed to generate as much revenue as possible. I declined almost everything except a simple wiper blade replacement, yet my bill was still around $960. What truly pushed this experience from disappointing to unacceptable was what happened afterward. The next day I opened my trunk and discovered that interior trim panels had not been properly reinstalled after their inspection. Parts were left loose and fasteners were not secured correctly. This is basic workmanship that should never be missed by a BMW dealership charging premium labor rates. When customers bring their vehicles to a dealership, they expect expertise, attention to detail, and honest recommendations. Instead, I experienced excessive diagnostic charges, aggressive upselling, and careless workmanship. I strongly recommend that anyone visiting this dealership carefully review every charge, question every recommendation, and thoroughly inspect their vehicle before leaving the lot. This dealership has completely lost my trust, and I will never return.

From the moment I walked into BMW of FWB, Ever greeted me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. He took the time to understand my situation and learned that I had driven over an hour for service and needed to get back in time to pick up my young daughter from summer camp that afternoon. Knowing how important that was, Ever went above and beyond to expedite a loaner vehicle for me, which likely made the difference in getting there on time. What impressed me even more was the level of personal attention he provided throughout the process. He personally gathered and hand-delivered all of my belongings from my vehicle and even took the time to install and secure my daughter's car seat in the loaner car. Just purchased an M4 Competition from Chris. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but most importantly his communication was wonderful. I called three relatively local dealerships and they took over a week to call me back with options. Chris found the rare color (only one left in the country) I was looking for that day. I would 10/10 recommend. Jennifer was very personable and efficient in financing too. Lastly, I added on worry free maintenance and I am extremely glad I did that. Everth is my Service Advisor and I look forward to working with him in the coming months and years. He is extremely responsive and patient.
