I had an excellent experience at Gwinnett Place BMW. The entire staff was professional and welcoming, but Zane Fields and John Furlow truly stood out. Zane was thorough in explaining all the details of the car, patient throughout the process, and gracious during the trade-in valuation. He gave me a fair market value for my vehicle, which I really appreciated. Even after the sale, he continued to be helpful by making sure my window tint was completed promptly. John was efficient, knowledgeable, and made sure the added features were customized to include exactly what I needed—nothing unnecessary, just the right fit. He also went above and beyond by helping ensure the automatic payment on my traded-in vehicle was refunded without issue. Both were pleasant, professional, and easy to work with. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone in the market for a BMW. Also worth mentioning: the showroom is stunning, and the bathrooms were spotless. A first-class experience from start to finish.

This was my first time ever buying a car from a dealership and I can say I am more than happy how it turned out! Oseong Kwon and his manager made the process super seamless and helpful. I have been on the hunt for an M2 for the entire year and finally came across one that checked all the boxes. I lived in Indiana so I caught a flight next day and Oseong Kwon and Craig managed to set me up an Uber for the 40 minute drive. The car was perfect and was the best 10 hour drive back home. The family loved it as well! I am beyond happy with how I was treated as a customer, was even hooked up with some Red Bulls for the drive home 🤣. Overall 10/10

The Most AMAZING experience I've ever had when purchasing a car. When I pulled up I was greeted by Mr. Baye Lo, he Listened to every concern I had, what I wanted in a vehicle and he listened to my budget. I was going to settle but not on Baye's watch. He went and found exactly what I wanted. Kept me updated, worked on my schedule. A week later, I went to pick up my vehicle. The General Manager(Khalil) came out introduced himself, shook my head and he even had time for a conversation. Now let's get to the finances, when I say SMOOTH, you best believe it was pure honesty, no gimmicks, no haggle. Oh my salesperson had already prepared the numbers so I knew what to expect. The finance manager John Furlow, came out introduced himself after locating me in the beautiful customer area. I go on his office and was so relaxed, he didn't try to sell me anything extra to make the price higher, he explained everything and answered every question. The deal closed and now it was time for me to be educated on my purchase. The "GENIUS" came out and yeah helped a sista out. Not to brag BUT my Brothers handled business from the beginning to the end. I am so PROUD to see a great brotherhood in a place of business. I love my new found family. I had an amazing experience with Gwinnett Place BMW, and I especially want to recognize Sterling for the outstanding service. He guided us through every step of the process and made everything smooth and stress-free. My mom first got her X7 M60i through him, and the level of service was truly beyond expectations. A year later, I came back and got my M2 through Sterling as well, which says a lot about the trust and confidence we had in him after the first experience. I also want to mention Jauhad, who guided me very nicely throughout the process and made sure everything was handled professionally. The entire team made us feel valued, and the customer service has been exceptional from start to finish. Best experience I ever had at a car dealership! Exceeded my expectations and was treated so kindly and professionally by everyone specially this gentleman Sukus Walker the one who took care of me and helped me get the best deal and he was just a blessing that day! I highly recommend this Gwinnett BMW dealership They detailed my new car and placed a red ribbon on top!! What a great touch! And Sukus waited for us cause we were running late and they close at 8 but he waited for me with my car ready to go!!
