We had a great experience at BMW of Houston North buying a used 2010 Honda Accord. I found the vehicle listing online and called to see if it was still available. Mike Albright verified it was on the lot and set up a test drive for me the same day. When we arrived the car was ready to go. Mike was not pushy or heavy-handed about the sale at all. He answered all of our questions clearly. He was fully transparent with the pricing, the Carfax history, and the dealer's own inspection and maintenance report on the vehicle. The dealership's "5 day/250 mile" return policy gave us the confidence to buy the Accord that same day. We had it independently evaluated the next day at Christian Brothers Automotive, who assured us it was a very good used car. Great customer service support from Chris. He is very knowledgeable, responsive & patient with us through out this process. BMW excels in everything they do. It would be nice to see tv screens in x5, X7 suvs. They would go off the lots even faster. Forward that to your decision makers 😃

Without a doubt if you do shop here go to Aye, she's a 5/5 star sales person. She was so honest and extremely concerned and considerate of my time knowing I am driving 10 hours away to come look and possibly purchase the car. After having test drove and wanted to purchase the vehicle, Aye immediately told management that I have to drive 10 hours back. Management brushed me off for 3 whole hours wasting my time and would not even speak to my lender. My lender contacted management multiple times and I have told them multiple times my lender wants to speak with management to see how they want the money received. Because of this management experience alone, the rating is low. On top of that everyone there did not treat my family with respect, almost like they're too high class to even talk to us. It got so bad that, we were going to walk out if no one was willing to talk to my lender or get me in the finance department. After 3 hours of patiently waiting, and Aye being wonderful, informing them 10 times I have to get going for my 10 hour drive back. It was only after we informed them we are leaving as they are wasting our time having drove 10 hours down and another 10 hours back home, did management finally speak to us, and tell us we were immediately next. When you spend thousands of dollars, you expect decent customer service, but no not at this dealership. Only Aye, Front Desk, and Khalid were extremely professional and considerate of our time. I will never come back here to do business again for any vehicle other than my wrx I had purchased the other day because it was a good deal for the mileage. Don't waste your time here, you're better off going to another dealership especially if you live out of state. The only reason one should do business here is for Aye and Khalid. Other than that, DO NOT SHOP HERE GO ELSE WHERE.

Hi I had been looking for a vehicle for two weeks and had decided on Mercedes went to their dealership on 45 picked out the car I wanted and was gonna go back Monday to get the car but as I was leaving I decided to stop by BMW just to take a peak. As I started looking Natalie one of the salespersons came out. She was so friendly, so helpful even when I could’ve been a little snappy! We tested drives a few vehicles and even had her looking for a car just cause I wanted a different kind of color leather seats she never showed aggravation at all! Well by the time it was over I got the car I wanted and I’m soooo happy! I got the perfect car that I wanted. Stop by and you’ll be what I mean. BMW North surely surprised me cause I had some picked out the Mercedes car I wanted and I already had a Mercedes so they sure did change my mind 😍
