I drive to Lincoln for my service because the Omaha dealer can't even get my name straight after I ordered a very pricey vehicle from Germany through them. They gave me the run around about the car being my husband's and I was done being the " little woman" . The name on my car title is MINE; not my husbands. The Lincoln BMW dealer has cordiol, some of them friendly, and they are very spot on with their time estimates on how long service will take. I usually stay at the dealership because so far, its just an hour there. I have, however, gotten a loaner, but you MUST reserve ahead of your visit. The only complaint is they cannot get is I am the primary driver. I have discussed this with Rudy and he dismisses me, saying that my husband's name is listed that way because how it was registered for the first visit. Even BMW got it that I am the primary driver. It doesnt matter to a lot of men and even some women, but this is a big deal to me. I have worked hard for this vehicle, ordered what I wanted, and yet, my husband's name is there, because he is my assistant, made my first appointment in his name and without an act of congress, they won't list me as primary driver. This might be trivial to some, but it isn't to me. The dealership is great. Just be sure to make your first appointment in the primary driver's name because apparently, its too difficult to get this changed. I would have given 5 star except for this b.s.
