Customer Service at BMW of Little Rock was great while purchasing my new BMW. Matt M (sales rep) and Joseph (F&I) were both top notch. They did not push me into anything I didn’t want and kept in though w me through the entire sales process. Of course, a great product!!
I have been coming here for years reluctantly due to buying a BMW out of Memphis and always wanting my car serviced by the maker of the vehicle. My past experiences have not been so great (not feeling welcomed and attitudes). But recently I had to bring my car in to be serviced for a recall and I felt welcomed. I was greeted immediately and taken care of promptly. My advisor and the rest of the team had great attitudes. I am happy for this turn around. Keep up the work BMW Little Rock.
