I just purchased a 2025 X3 M50 from this dealership. The total experience was out of this world. Can't describe how happy I am. I flew from NY to pick up this vehicle. Ghalia who was the sales rep. went out of her way to help me throughout the process. She was fantastic, and even picked me up at the airport. I could not have asked for anything more. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership, especially Ghalia. I wish I can give this dealership more stars.

My experience with BMW of Louisville was honestly one of the easiest vehicle-buying processes I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, almost everything was handled through my salesperson, Chris Mauloni, via text messaging with a few phone conversations mixed in. I’m extremely busy and do a lot of multitasking through my phone, so sitting at a dealership for hours is just not feasible for me. Chris understood that immediately and made the process smooth, efficient, and respectful of my time. The entire negotiation and decision-making process took only a matter of days. All of the details were worked out clearly and efficiently without unnecessary back-and-forth. I never went into the dealership to negotiate at all. Instead, all of the paperwork was sent to me to review and sign via UPS, which made the experience incredibly convenient and stress-free. When it came time to pick up my vehicle, the process was just as easy. Everything had already been completed ahead of time, so there was no waiting, no re-signing paperwork, and no delays. I arrived, received my keys and paperwork, and was on my way. I also had a great experience working with Will Heaton in finance. Our conversations were clear, professional, and straightforward, which made the final steps feel just as seamless as the rest of the process. Buying a car can often feel overwhelming, but this experience was the complete opposite. Great experience purchasing a BMW X5 from BMW of Louisville. Kris Johnson, our sales person was friendly, knowledgeable and was not pushy. He gave us the information to compare the X5 to the other vehicles we were considering. With a great financing offer from BMW Financial and a fair price, our decision was that much easier. I am so happy with the great car purchasing experience I had at BMW of Louisville. Chris Mauloni was great. He sent me a video of the car and we set an appointment. When I arrived, he had the car pulled upfront, ready for a test drive. I received a good price for my trade in and I was in and out in a couple hours. I even forgot my garage door opener in the old car and Chris mailed it to me. I won’t hesitate to use BMW of Louisville and Chris Mauloni in the future. Excellent experience.
