Communication is at zero with BMW Murrieta , left my car over overnight was told they would get it first thing in the morning at 7:00am “quick and fast” when their techs arrive. Took them 4 hours to change 2 front tires, 🛞 that information was not relayed to me. I would have planned for either a loaner car or just had my car serviced in San Diego county while I work, had they informed me that quick and fast = 4 hours in their book. I kept calling to ask for status was told my service manager would call me as soon as he got off the phone, surprise surprise he never did. 😒. With how long it took them to switch out two front tires and a car alignment I could’ve done a YouTube tutorial myself and probably been done faster than them😫.

Went there to look at 2 used cars. Decided on an F150 they had on the lot. Raul and Gus were the salesmen that helped with the purchase and it was one of the best experiences buying a vehicle ive had. Polite,no high pressure sales ,transparent in financing and worked hard to get the rates ,payment etc we were looking for. Highly recommend.

I had an exceptional experience working with Dave Townsend, and I truly can’t say enough good things about him. I found a 2024 Ford Bronco Raptor online, and since it was located in another state, I was naturally a bit hesitant. Buying a car based only on pictures is not something I usually feel comfortable doing. But from the very beginning, Dave stood out. He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and most importantly genuine. He built a level of trust with me that is extremely rare, especially in the car business. Working with Dave honestly felt like stepping back into a time when a handshake meant everything. I trusted him through the entire process, even without seeing the vehicle in person, and he proved that trust was well placed. He stayed on top of every detail and made sure the entire transaction went as smoothly as possible while the car was being transported from Georgia. When the car finally arrived and I saw it for the first time, Dave was there waiting for me. He took the time to walk me through every detail and feature of the Bronco Raptor, making sure I was completely comfortable even though this was at a BMW dealership and the vehicle was a trade in. What really stands out is how Dave made me feel throughout this entire experience. To be honest, I didn’t even feel this level of satisfaction when I purchased my first Ferrari. That says everything. Because of people like Dave, I’m reminded that there are still truly good, trustworthy people out there. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth, honest, and genuinely positive car-buying experience.

If you plan on getting service done at this dealership, make sure you mention that you do not want your car washed after unless you want swirl marks on your car. I went in for a simple oil change and nothing was mentioned about washing my car after the service. I take very good care of it because it’s black Sapphire, metallic and after the service I have multiple Scratches on the hood and the sides of the car that are very noticeable. This is ridiculous and I’ve take very good care of my car is very low mileage and in good condition and it’s terrible to see. Now I have to figure out a paint correction or maybe a Bodyshop that could remove s swirls through the lack of attention from the dealership you would think that dealing with high class cars, they would be careful with their machines or whatever they used to wash the cars, but it’s a complete opposite so please be aware if you go to this dealer.
