Just picked up a 2022 BMW 750i xDrive from BMW of North Canton and overall it was a great experience. Chris my salesman was solid from the beginning. Very responsive, easy to work with, and made sure everything moved along without any unnecessary back and forth. Straightforward guy. Damien in finance was just as smooth. Broke everything down clearly, no pressure, no games. I ended up going with the extended service contract which I’d definitely recommend on a car like this. Only thing I’d say is don’t sleep on the tire and rim package either. Cody the used car manager runs a tight operation. The team communicates, they stay involved, and they follow through. That’s something you don’t always see. I’ll say this for anyone looking to buy out of state or even locally, do your due diligence, ask questions, get your clarity, and be involved in the process. If you do that, these guys will meet you halfway and handle business the right way. Overall very happy with how everything played out. Respect to the whole team.

Kyle notified me when the vehicle arrived on the lot and sent a walk-around video since I was traveling from out of town. I purchased a certified preowned BMW X3 M40 from Jared at BMW North Canton and it was a great experience all around. Unfortunately, its rare to find sales staff with passion for cars who know all the details about the products they sell in the car market these days. BMW North Canton staff were all knowledgeable about both the new and used vehicles they had in stock and it is refreshing to work with a salesman who not only knows the product and brand, but is passionate about it and making sure you find the best fit for your needs. I would highly recommend working with Jared for your next purchase. I also talked with service prior to purchasing to better understand expected service intervals and costs, and the service advisor was thorough in explaining typical costs to expect and reviewing the CPO inspection details with me. The buying process was simple and easy and I was able to do an initial test drive of new and used options to see what was the better value for me as well as bring the whole family for a second more detailed drive with no pressure or gimmicks. They didn't negotiate much on the price but their price was already fair and they offered a fair trade value upfront without having to go back and forth like other dealerships. They did add a ceramic coating as an upcharge that was applied before I looked at the vehicle, so be aware of that. However, they were willing to remove the cost of that and still sell at fair market value. Financing and paperwork were easy and they did their best to do better than market rates since pricing was firm. They offered and explained additional protections and warranties, but left the choice to me without any pressure to choose any additional products if I didn't want them. Overall, I am happy with my first BMW and BMW North Canton. I've already recommended them to friends and family and will definitely consider them for my next purchase.
