BMW of North Haven

I recently utilized BMW of North Haven for some recall work on my E90 3 series. The Service staff were very friendly when I dropped the car off. Oriane, my SA, followed up regularly with status updates and called me as soon as the car was ready for pickup, and pickup was an easy process. The video inspection was accurate. The technician noted a minor oil leak, which they recommended adding on for repair, but were not pushy about it when I declined. At one point, Oriane called me asking if i'd prefer to omit their complimentary car wash, noting that my car's paint is hand washed and recognizing that I may not want a machine wash on it. This type of attention and respect for my 15 year old 160K mile 328i daily beater was above expectations. They returned the car in the same condition in which it was dropped off, though with the recall work fulfilled and documented. Although my recall Service experience was a positive one, my experience with the parts department is that their pricing is considerably higher than any other BMW parts source i'm aware of. For this reason, I avoid purchasing here, despite living very close. I *would* spend many thousands of dollars purchasing parts here maintaining the 5 BMWs I own, if their pricing was aligned with other local dealers. But they don't appear to be interested in market-aligned pricing to have a relationship.

Had a very pleasant experience purchasing a certified preowned BMW X3. My sales person was Jimmie He helped close the sale and get me maximum dollar on my vehicle trade-in towards the new vehicle while maintaining constant communication and assistance. Overall process was quick and painless with great service from everyone in the store. Would do business with again.

After having a bad experience at another dealership this week. I awoke this morning knowing that I needed to find another vehicle since I was already approved. Thinking I wasn't finding another 2025 that had all I wanted. My wife knowing I was stressing happened to stop by BMW north Haven at 10am where she greeted pleasantly by Edwin Torres. She called me I was a little hesitant but I got up. Edwin was the best worked hard showed me 4 X7 explained everything said let's get you into a new one. Met with sales manager then we met with Crystal in finance she tailored a super deal financing and warranty answered every question. The whole transaction from beginning to end was transparent. Michelle explained everything about the vehicle set up. 1 great big thank you to the whole team including prep and detail who stayed late to get the car ready for us. They tried so hard to make up for what happened at another BMW dealership where my experience wasnt so great. My faith a fair deal has been restored

We had a great experience at BMW of North Haven. The first time we stopped in, we were just browsing and trying to figure out what we wanted in our next vehicle. Branden was incredibly helpful, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel pressured. He gave us the space to look around and explore our options, which we really appreciated. When we came back a second time, we worked with Mohammed and ended up purchasing a brand-new 2026 BMW. Mohammed was fantastic to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Nick was great on the financing side and made everything simple and straightforward. Michelle was also amazing. She took the time to walk me through all the features of my new BMW and made sure I felt comfortable using everything before I left. Buying a car can sometimes feel overwhelming, but everyone we worked with at BMW of North Haven made it an enjoyable experience. We never felt pressured, and we truly felt like they wanted to help us find the right vehicle. We love our new BMW and would absolutely recommend BMW of North Haven to friends and family.
