I’ve purchased several BMWs from another dealership over the last 10 years and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. We moved to AR about 6 weeks ago and decided to stop by the Bentonville dealership. Tyler and James are amazing! They were so knowledgeable and helpful, and truly cared about my experience. From the day I walked in, Tyler was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. There was zero pressure and the entire process was so fun! My X3 had to be ordered from the factory and James kept me updated the entire time. I had such a great experience I decided to bring my sister into the dealership and of course James and Tyler helped her pick out her dream car! And thanks to Alan for walking me through how to use the car. Haha. I highly recommend this dealership! I’m going to have to stop by just to say hi to everyone! 😊🙌

Wonderful Customer Service! Living in Texas I traveled to the Bentonville area to visit family. Noticing my 2025 X5 tires all needed some air I stopped by this local dealership to see if they could assist me. I was greeted by a friendly young man at the first station/desk who happily took my car and got the service dept to add the appropriate amount of air to each tire. Literally they got me in out in less than 25 mins, even giving me a car wash voucher as I left. Overall a great experience, as a woman traveling alone I felt better letting the professionals handle this task for me. Thank You BMW of Bentonville
