I want to start by recognizing Jon, my service advisor, because he was truly excellent. From start to finish, he was professional, communicative, and genuinely attentive. He made sure I understood everything happening with my vehicle and handled the process with care and transparency. It’s rare to come across someone who takes that level of ownership, and it made a real difference in my experience. I also want to acknowledge the rest of the service team. Everyone I interacted with was kind, welcoming, and accommodating. The customer-facing staff is clearly strong, and it shows. That said, the dealership experience itself fell short of what I’ve come to expect from BMW. I’ve been to multiple BMW dealerships, and this was the first time I was required to put down a $500 deposit for a loaner vehicle. I was also surprised by the credit card surcharge, which is not something I’ve encountered before at this level. Additionally, the loaner vehicle was not clean. There were crumbs in the center console, and overall it didn’t feel prepared for a customer. When I received my own vehicle back, it had not been cleaned or vacuumed, which is typically standard at other BMW service centers. So while the service team, especially Jon, delivered a great experience, the dealership’s policies and attention to detail did not align with the premium experience BMW is known for.

Amazing people that are very professional. We drove 3 hours out of New Jersey due to the trust that was built. There is no funny business here like you will see at other dealerships. These people stick to their word and actually stand by what they say. We bought this Range Rover Sport HST which was in Mint condition (knock on wood) and were in and out of the dealership within 2 hours. Miguel was great to communicate with and so was the gentleman in Finance. Best of luck to the team

I had a terrible buying experience with this dealership. So much so that I may never buy a BMW again and this is my first one. I live in Pittsburgh and decided to go purchase a 2025 330 from them because I couldn't find the exact one I wanted in my area. When I spoke with David the sales manager he assured me that they have sold many cars to people out of state and that I had nothing to worry about. Well that was December. December 12th is the day I left with the car I wanted and drove back to Pittsburgh. Since then I've had 5 contracts sent to me for signature because the previous one was incorrect. Each time I received a contract my payment was changed. 3 months later and the contract still wasn't right. If the buying contract isn't correct, BMW doesn't have record of you or your car, so when Jan and February came around and I knew I had to make a payment, I wasn't able to. Some services aren't available to me until BMW receives my contract and information. I even had to contact the dealership for another temporary plate because the original one expired. My second temporary plate expires in 12 days (March 12) and PA doesn't even have my information to register my car. On top of that, I received another email today asking for updated information and more money (registration and plate fees). At the time of purchase I paid over $300 for a new plate, registration, temporary tags and electronic registration. This dealership is a complete joke. They lack professionaliam and should not be associated with a luxury brand name. When things go wrong, they give excuses like opinions. If there is another dealership that you can go through, I suggest you do that and stay far away from this place. They don't even deserve 1 star. Not one time did anyone contact me to ask how I like my car or if there is anything they can help me with.
