We recently purchased a vehicle from BMW of Pembroke Pines and had what was probably my best car buying experience ever. Each person I dealt with throughout the entire process was great. My client Advisor, Chloe McDowell, provided superb service. I never felt rushed or pressured and she took the time to thoroughly explain details of the vehicle we test drove as well as the purchasing process and options. It was a pleasure to work with her. The Sales Manager, AJ Bose, offered a very fair deal on my trade-in as well as on a few options and on the vehicle and there was no frustrating back and forth negotiation necessary. Finance Manager, Jairo Ruiz, was also a pleasure to work with. Again, he did not try to pressure me into purchasing any unnecessary add-ons and offered items that were relevant to my situation. A big thank you to Kenry Bujosa, another Finance Manager, who patiently processed our down payment when my bank was giving me issues.
