Jay was phenomenal! I've been looking for a very specific color and optioned M550i for a couple months. Found the perfect one here! Flew in from SC to Allegheny County, Jay came and picked me up, stayed late on a Saturday to accomodate my schedule and treated me wonderfully. I was able to grab a sandwich at Primanti Bros. before leaving town and my car and I bonded quite well as we rode the PA & WV mountain roads south to home.

Damien redefines the term car salesman, for the better. He was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. I bought my Mini here a week ago and he explained everything about the car and could answer any question I threw his way. He was not pushy and truly gave me white glove service. I will buy all my vehicles from this dealership as long as he's employed here!

River at BMW of Pittsburgh was excellent to work with. There is a dealership much closer to where I live but I chose to work with him because he was able to quickly answer my questions, helped me get a great deal, and was willing to go the distance to help meet our needs in purchasing our vehicle. I would recommend them and I would purchase from them again.

Excellent place to buy a BMW. I recommended them to all my friends. Gregg is a great salesperson and Tyler is excellent trainer on operations of your car. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better to buy a car. Chris is doing a great job there.
