Had a great experience with Reed Veldhuizen! Had some questions with an inspection fee but he explained it all to me and made it very fair. Love the service guys here, they are honest and get everything done perfectly.
I am now on my 2nd lease with BMW of Sioux Falls, after migrating from the BMW dealer in Omaha. Both times I worked with Jeff Charboneau, and he has been very professional to work with. Definitely glad I made the change, and have had nothing but the best of experiences with the dealer to date for the past 2 1/2 years.
I was working with Kyle on Saturday and expressed my desire to move forward with purchasing the car. After asking to move forward with paperwork Saturday afternoon then again Monday morning he informed me Monday afternoon he sold the car to someone else. Later Monday I went to BMW of Denver downtown and they were amazing and helped me leave with my dream car that day!
We have just purchased our 4th BMW from BMW of SF, Jeff Charboneau. Couldn’t ask for or expect better treatment. Overall, it has taken less than an hour to purchase. Lastly, they are delivering across the state in an enclosed trailer for no additional charge. Time is something I don’t have an abundance of, and they respect that.
Amazing experience from start to finish. Entire process was done on-line. Arrived on a Saturday morning and everything was ready to go. Awesome client advisor was icing on the cake.
