BMW of Spokane

Out of all the luxury dealerships in the Spokane area, BMW of Spokane and one other stand out to us. We’ve been to all of them to narrow down the car for us. We ended up again and again here and finally made our final choice in a new x5 xdrive 50e. I can’t tell everyone I know enough about the customer service we received. Our sales rep was Derrick McGee and he went above and Beyond for us and still does even after we bought it. Never pressuring never pushy. He checks in on us still, always asks if we have any questions to always call him. We had a minor issue two weeks into owning and had to bring the car in. They needed to keep it for awhile and didn’t have any loaner cars to give us. Derrick found out about that and put us in a car right away. Again he said he would always take care of us. Best sales experience ever with him. He’s beyond patient and knows everything about all the cars. He’s attentive and listens to everything you want and need and does everything he can to get that for you. We are grateful to have gotten him as our rep! Everything else is pretty good too. Snacks and drinks in the waiting area. Lots of cars to look at on the showroom floor and on the lot! Other dealerships we went to had very verrrry limited stock. BMW in Spokane is stocked up! We’re very happy with our decision so far even with the glitch we’re having with the car. Not their fault. Hopefully service treats us right too. If you want a new BMW, ask for Derrick..he’s amazing.

My experience @ this dealership. Test drove Wednesday come back the same week they up the price for no reason. Nothing extra had been done to the car. A week later we paid to get the car detailed but the only thing they did was possibly vacuumed it?? They told us it’ll be ready next day. It wasn’t clean at all. We took some pictures and all the dust and coffee spills were still there. Now they are saying it’s going to take a week to get the car detailed…. I have never had worse experience like this! BMWs are nice cars but this dealership does not provide the best service!

Just purchased a pristine 2023 Toyota Camry, Mo was my sales person. Since I was an out-of-town purchaser, I needed to know a very detailed description of the vehicle before traveling 2+ hours to get there. Mo did an excellent job taking the time to get close-up pictures and a walk around video for me. He described it as being in exceptional condition. When I arrived at the dealership, I was very pleased to see that the vehicle was even nicer than how he described. It is very close to new condition! Be sure and ask for Mo, you won’t go wrong!
