BMW of The Woodlands

We are completely satisfied with BMW Woodlands. Vern and Damien make a good team. Vern selected several autos for us to test drive. We made a decision and then on to financing. Smooth transaction, no long waits or that nerve wracking back & forth between managers/sales personnel like most dealerships. We were in by 4p, out by 7p. Delivery was VERY impressive! Highly recommend!!

I took my car in for routine service and to address another concern. I was extremely happy with the experience from scheduling, drop off, and pick up. My service advisors were there to greet me upon arrival, had the requested loaner vehicle ready, and kept me apprised of the progress. To my surprise, the car was ready earlier than I expected, and when I received it, it was cleaned up nicely. I highly recommend BMW of the Woodlands both for the purchasing and servicing experiences.

Just had my car serviced needed two new tires and windshield wipers (rain sensor) not working looked at. They got the tires in 2 days and did some other basic service price was not horrible considering it’s a dealer. The service representative Q is the best! Even when we had a misunderstanding she owned it and still took great care of my vehicle and looked out for my wallet a bit. See and ask for her (Q)

My experience started off a little shaky but my salesperson (Reshail) was key in turning the experience around. I purchased a used vehicle a few days ago, so far so good. I’ve noticed a few issues with the inside detail, nothing major, but it seems as if it was not throughly cleaned, maybe a little rushed. To the naked eye, it looked clean, but with time to look and use, things are discovered. I also was given a 3 month warranty, I appreciate that, most used cars are sold as is, that provided extra comfort just in case anything goes wrong in the first few months. Overall, I love my vehicle.
