BMW of Traverse City

OK, so I headed into the dealership to get a quote on a hard-to-get part fully expecting it to be outrageously priced. To my surprise, it was priced at retail, the same as at FCP Euro (where it's out of stock). I was shocked. A dealer doing things the right way for once. Kudos to BMW of Traverse City, you're a rare gem. Much appreciated.

Ordered a part. Was given 11 different dates of when that part would come in. My fault for trusting what they said. My car sat for over 2 years. Still no part and now the resolution is send me a check for my money back without so much as an apology. My car devalued and rusted in the years during those many broken promises on a time frame to receive this part. Those broken promises have cost me time, $ and without recourse or action. Im in the same spot I was 2.5 years ago. I will not return to do any business with this company again.

Three stars because Fox Motors - BMW of Traverse City charges 3% surcharge to use a credit card. Credit card fees are considered a necessary cost to do business and are tax deductible for the business. BMW drivers are loyal to the brand - making customers absorb a fee that’s a write off is not a good way to retain your clients.

Employees! Service staff “Ken” exceptionally friendly, thorough! and very easy to work with regarding car service! Service Manager “Jeff” also friendly and accommodating with appointments. The check out front desk staff exceptionally friendly snd helpful! As a long time customer of BMW of Traverse City, have always experienced exceptional customer service!

Held car without a down all via email and phone calls. Most of all we both loved Patrick! He is Truly a BMW Genius and is a very polished professional. He need to be part of any completed sales at your dealership. Joe was a great guy, no pressure to buy and we had great conversations about cars in general.
