We had a great experience buying our new BMW X5! In particular, Juan was extremely easy to work with. He walked us through options to make sure we made the right choice and even kept us entertained with good conversation during the process. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and our experience.

Honestly,, blown away at what a great experience it was from start to finish at Bmw of Wilmington. I haven’t bought a new car in 11 years., don’t have perfect credit and did have a list of things I “wanted” in a new car . Let me tell you that they delivered all that I wanted and more . Tyler was our salesman-. He Really started working for me before I even met him. He connected me with Rob In finance who secured Bmw financing for me even though it took him over 45 minutes on the phone. Like what??? Both Rob and Tyler you feel like you’ve know them forever when you meet them . And can’t forget about Gareth the manager who might be the nicest guy in Wilmington. Erase any stereotype you have of car salesman before you pull into their lot .Also don’t be intimidated by the multimillion dollar property. Packed with luxury vehicles . I was surrounded by Porsches and Bmw’s and glass walls with no fingerprints but couldn’t find a snob in the place if I looked for one. Down to earth , humble , zero pressure. Heck Tyler even , bought me a cookie cake on my freaking birthday. What???? Oh I can’t forget the “genius “ who came to set up our car and walk us through the features . Such a smart, well- mannered, knowledgeable young man. Could have driven off the lot with him . Lol okay That sounds strange lol but he felt like a son. Maybe nicer then my sons ;) . I guess I really haven’t reviewed the car either but as you can imagine a 2026 BMW x1 is Mind blowing, awesome, brilliant, beautiful, comfortable , etc etc . I don’t think I could find anything wrong with it. There’s a learning curve with a car this high-tech. But I can say it’s a learning curve. I’m willing to take and that’s not normal for a 53-year-old woman.. I mean you don’t need a key!!! Just your phone Somewhere in the bottom of your purse, you don’t have to even dig for it. It’s amazing. Go get your nails done. Don’t worry about digging in your bag to find your keys and messing them up . Days of, “oh no, did I Forget to lock the car?” Are over.X1 has got you . As you walk away from the car with your key/phone on you the car will lock. Tired of forgetting your charger or trying to see over the Mammoth beast of a magnetic charger your husband mounts on your dashboard? With the X1 your phone will be tucked neatly it is own seat belt /wireless charger so you know Exactly where it is 🥴 you’re never without a charge. I could go on and on, but I think you get the point. If you’re like me and really hate driving, hate traffic, hate paying for gas. Hate running errands. Take yourself to Bmw of Wilmington ask for Tyler let them make your life a lot more enjoyable.

An outstanding buying experience from start to finish!! I purchased an amazing 2024 CPO BMW X7 loaded with almost every option possible. I highly recommend BMW of Wilmington because the whole process went so smoothly. Juan Ramirez is a terrific person and a top notch salesperson who timely answered all my questions. The dealership is extremely well-managed, including seamless teamwork with the sales manager and the technical genius that explains how to use all the amazing features.

I was there today looking at cars walking around the lot approximately 3:55pm to 4:15pm and not a single person engaged me. I even walked in and used the men's room. My family and I have bought several cars from there when it was Schaefer BMW customer service was on point. I was thinking about trading in my daughter's old SUV and was looking at the 2019 850I BMW that has been sitting on the lot for weeks, btw you may want to remove the pine straw at the base of the windshield. For the record it was not that busy I assure you. I've been online looking at other dealerships. Merry Christmas. Update 2,10,26 drove 6 hours little outside of Atlanta got same make and model , with the exception of coupe versus convertible. Mileage was 3 thousand miles apart walked in with cash saved myself essentially $6k and got a mini vacation and better looking car. I will never buy another car from Wilmington BMW I encourage you to go online and you will find much better deals down the road. Note: Never heard back from anyone from Wilmington BMW after initial review.

Had an amazing experience at the dealership working with Mike Kramer. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. The dealership was clean, organized, and made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free. Mike went above and beyond to answer all my questions, explain everything clearly, and help me find the right vehicle without any pressure. You can tell they truly care about their customers and making sure you leave happy.
