Honestly the best car purchase experience so far. Stephan Morin was incredibly helpful and was always available when I had a question. Nathalie finance manager also made the financing process really easy and straightforward. Thanks Stephan and Nathalie. You guys Rock!

*****BUY WITH CONFIDENCE WITH PASCAL***** We purchased a used BMW from out of province and were a bit nervous about doing so. Pascal made everything super easy and made us feel comfortable all along the way. He even helped with travel plans! Right from the start, everything was transparent. He shared all the details about the car including an in-depth description that made us feel like the car was in front of us. When we arrived it was exactly as described and more than we expected. The whole experience was a pleasure and would do it again. Buying out of province is a non issue. If they have what you want ask for Pascal and buy with confidence.

It all started with at the Sherbrooke Auto Show where I had the pleasure to meet M.Yvon Rosa at the BMW booth. I usually am very skeptical of the offer they present to you but I must admit that his approach was authentic. Needless to say that further meetings took place and I took delivery of a beautiful X1 on March 10th. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime but this experience tops them all. My first impression of M.Rosa carried through the entire process, he understood my needs and worked with me to ensure that I would be happy with the transaction.

Got approved for the car I wanted, on my 10 hour drive to the dealership to pick it up they called me to tell me that I’m not actually approved. Farrah (finance manager) could not give a reasonable explanation, horrible service. She told me to contact BMW financial as to why the approval decision was reversed on the day of delivery, I called BMW FS and they told me the dealership is in charge of everything. Worst experience I’ve ever had with any dealership, will file a formal complaint through BMW Canada.

Superb service. Professional salesman, Eric, this gentleman was so nice and too patient with us and had let us to make test drive freely without any rush time. Finally we bought our desired BMW car from them and they delivered it to our home in Montreal, so clean and well prepared with a surprising gift in it!!! We appreciate all their group for respecting clients and their supreme services. That store is the only place to buy our next car. Our thanks to Eric, Nathalie and all team in BMW Sherbrooke.
