BMW Ste-Agathe

They try to lowball me on my trade in. They tried to give me -5000 less on my trade and 0 flexibility on their car. Every dealer I went to trade in my car was higher than their offer. En plus they try to increase financing rates. I traded in my car for a higher price+ something newer with a cheaper rate at the same bank they told me was higher, as interest rates at most big dealers are the same.No excuses, this dealer lacks honesty and transparency. Watch outs!

Edit: from 5 stars to 3 stars. Partially my fault for not having more faith on my own belonging. Buyers who are going to trade in their car, beware, they bought my car for ~7000$, a mediocre offer compared to the market, they were unwilling to budge even a dollar more. They were justifying this price for the cost of reconditioning my car to be able to be sold (rust, pain, fixing any dent or cracks, marketing, picture taking, etc.), they really made sure to make me feel like they are doing a favor here buying my car and that it will be a struggle to sell my car or barely make profit after all the work. In the end, they flipped my car to another dealer, zero marketing, zero reconditioning, and I found my car in the market by another dealer, as is (with all the original flaws it came with) for 14,975$ lol. I understand they have to make money on it... but man, seeing the car being sold double the price they offered me with absolutely zero touch up or repair after all the B.S. talk about how much effort on reconditioning and marketing it would take for it to ultimately have none of those applied really grinded my gear. Its unfortunate because I really liked my seller, but there was some red flags during my transaction that I should have took it more seriously. Lesson learned. Original: Great experience purchasing a 2024 CPO BMW i4 with Mr. Frederick Bleau. He assisted my purchase of the vehicle from A to Z from a distance. He was very flexible and punctual in communication.

Drove 7 hours and got no room to negotiate. Was hidden damage but was told through emails that the car was in perfect condition. Customer service was horrible don’t go here

I am so happy and satisfied from their professionalism and amazing customer service. Especially, Ms.Odrey from financing, and Mr. Alex Perez from sales department helped me a lot during our trade and delivery. I bought Volvo XC90 and it was my best experience in regards buying vehicle in Canada. As you know, front plate is not mandatory in QB. However, I live in Toronto and it is mandatory. After our trade, they sent me an original front plate holder which is purchased from Volvo. I was not expecting this. Maybe it is not big deal for someone, but I think it shows how they take care of their customer even if after buying vehicle. This dealership provided excellent service, and was extremely helpful in purchasing our SUV. They offer great prices for fully certified and safety'd vehicles. We enjoyed our purchase experience with Alex and his manager, especially that we are buying this vehicle from out of province.
