Thank you Caleb from Boardman Auto Sales for helping my husband and I change our flat tire!! I’m disabled in a wheelchair and my husband is older and Caleb just happened to be at the same place we were and he kindly offered to help my husband change his tire. God bless Caleb for reaching out to my husband because it was a blessing and we will be using your services for towing, car repairs, and auto sales for a car to purchase in the future because Caleb went above and beyond to help us!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO BOARDMAN AUTO TO BE WORKED ON…… My 2017 RAM Rebel was dropped off to them on 10/30. They scanned it and it came back with a misfire code on cylinder 2. I previously had this code but on a different cylinder and my brother and I relayed that the problem in the past was the injector but they said their scan didn’t show that was the issue. WITHOUT my verbal or written consent, they replaced my spark plugs and coil packs but that didn’t fix the issue. Then, we were informed that the computer was bad so WITH my consent they found a computer and purchased it. They took my truck to be programmed and found they ordered the wrong computer for my truck. They got my truck back after disagreeing with them about the computer. Eventually, Boardman Auto admitted it was the wrong computer and ordered the right one. They installed it and took it to be programmed. After the programming was complete my truck still wasn’t running properly so they scanned it and it came back misfire in cylinder 2. My brother and I spoke with Wayne, the owner of Boardman Auto and expressed our frustration. After an argument over the phone, he called me back to tell me I could pay the invoice for the work they did or they could hold my truck until we go to court. This was November 25th, 26 days after dropping it off to them. My brother went and paid the invoice and told them they are not to touch my truck and leave it where they took it to be programmed. We received a phone call from the other company this morning. The issue: misfire in cylinder 2. The solution: replace the fuel injector in cylinder 2. My truck was fixed this evening, December 4th, 35 days after dropping it off to Boardman Auto. Oh, I left something out. My truck has air shocks. Boardman Auto replaced all of the lines to my shocks WITHOUT my permission and when they did that, they released all of the nitrogen in my shocks and couldn’t replace it because they don’t have the equipment to do so. We will have our day in court to address what took place. These people are shady and mishandled my vehicle from day one. Take your business elsewhere. If I could give this business zero stars I would!

Wayne and his team are phenomenal in a crisis. I would recommend everytime. Lockout, fuel delivery a tow. Whatever you need call them! Thank you Wayne!!

Beyond amazed at the level of service here! My family was stuck on the side of the road on vacation and Wayne drove out himself, towed our car and transported our family to the library so we could wait for the repair! Did the repair in record time, came back out and picked us up and got us on the road the same day! 5 stars and more!!

How do you charge someone $1400 tow fee from fife lake to boardman for 2 1/2 days. And we my friend called to see if they accept card they told her yes. We get here for them to deny her using a card. However it's posted on your door you accept cards. Ridiculous do better.
