Fantastic first impression! Exceptional service. Move to the area and needed a specific service and they were able to resolve the issue perfectly. They answered the phone when called and were very flexible for having me come by and explained the issue and were communicative along the way. Based on this initial experience I am extremely happy and would highly recommend their service team. Everyone was friendly and personable and knowledgeable. The dealership is clean and inviting.

We bought a 2019 Jetta S there. Brad (from PA as there are 2 Brads there I believe) was great. Not pushy and was very helpful in getting us the price we wanted and getting us out quickly with the car. Even Mike the finance manager was not pushy and we left with the car we wanted at the right price without any issues. This is how buying a car should be everywhere. I just wish they had a preowned GLI or GTI there as I would have bought 2 cars there!
