Bob Brady Auto Mall

I live in the city (Chicago) and have been looking for a vehicle for months. My daughter encouraged me to try Bob Brady as that is where she bought/services her vehicle. All I can say is "Wow!!" From the initial touchpoint from the sales manager all the way through point of sale, my experience was wonderful!! Eliesha was super patient as we tried a variety of vehicles. The Rubicon was my choice of vehicle and I am beyond happy. I will remain a life long loyal customer.

Most dishonest salesman and dealership I have ever dealt with. Salesman said he would have some rust on cab corners of truck and under all 4 doors taken care of with a we owe you. When I questioned him on how vague he worded the we owe you document he said that he did it that way so they wouldn’t be able to come back and say the work wasn’t completed if there was something missed because it wasn’t specifically called out. He told me to send him pictures of all of the items we talked so it was documented what needed done. After the truck was returned to us I brought up the fact that not all the work had been completed and we scheduled another pickup which he then no called no showed. That happened twice before I reached out to his manager who said she would talk to him. We then went back and fourth for nearly three months of him scheduling to pick it up and acknowledging that the work hasn’t been completed and then no call no showing. I then spent two weeks trying to get a hold of the general manager only to be treated with disrespect as he tried to constantly talk down to me the entire time we were on the phone once I was able to finally get in contact with him. It’s funny everyone there kept telling me he was the one I needed to talk to but nobody was ever able to find him. He just continued to repeat that it wasn’t specifically stated in the we owe you to do the rust spots and kept saying “come on you bought a 2016 you know exactly what you got” as if buying anything other than a brand new car means it has to have cosmetic issues. Everything about this place screams dishonesty. If you are in the market for a a vehicle steer clear of them. The general manager is very clearly a disrespectful, arrogant, and dishonest person and you can tell it shows throughout the rest of the place. The only good interaction I had with anyone was the lady that answers the phones.

At first I was very excited about purchasing a vehicle from Bob Brady, however one of the Managers I believe her name was Jennifer was VERY rude ! They wanted me to set up and get insurance on a vehicle without me knowing what the interest rate was ! After giving very minimal information, I calculated my interest rate to be 30% ! Thankfully, I went over to Jackson Ford and was granted a very decent interest rate and a nice truck with low miles ! I would never recommend Bob Brady to anyone !

I had an all around great experience at Bob Brady Auto Mall. Austin was exceptional with finding just the right vehicle for me. Everyone was very kind and went over and beyond to make us comfortable throughout the entire process. Thank you for a well above 5 star experience . I absolutely love my new 2025 Jeep Compass. Dale has gotten me not one but two cars after working and exhausting every option possible. Dale has been honest with my husband and I in both car contracts. As long as Dale is still there then we will be loyal customers.
