My wife and I had a really good experience at Bob Brady in Decatur. We were able to purchase the Van of her dreams. We were looking for the only store and go seating in vans made today. The team at Bob Brady were very pleasant to work with.

Update: A year into having my vehicle, I’ve already got coolant mixing in my oil! Also, why take something most give for free and charge $22 for it? Tire rotation alongside an oil change should not cost an extra $22! Then, $100 to change one taillight bulb is absurd! Also, thanks for the free multi-point inspection… it’s blank, you didn’t even fill it out! We had an amazing experience working with Kim over at Bob Brady! My wife and I were looking to trade in our smaller truck for a full-size pickup… something powerful enough to pull our boat and roomy enough for our growing family. Kim made the entire process incredibly easy and seamless. She listened to what we needed, guided us through every step, and made sure we drove away with the perfect vehicle.
