This was my first time going here and I thought they were amazing. Jami Noll specifically was great, she was very helpful. She answered all my questions, I even asked questions I already knew just to see her reply. She was very kind and worked with my needs which was very helpful and I’m grateful for that kind of customer service. My jeep was slowly falling apart and I went and looked at a 2023 Chevy blazer and left with it same day. The whole process was smooth and painless. They worked with my financial situation which was awesome. I will definitely be going back here for any future new car needs/purchases.

The team at Bob Fisher has consistently proved to be honest and trustworthy, and they do their best to provide a smooth experience from start to finish. From the sales team to customer engagement to service and even the leasing department, the team at Bob Fisher is friendly and does their best to provide quality interactions with customers. Originally, back in 2012, we purchased a Silver Chevy Cruze LT. We loved our Cruze and it treated us very well! With proper care and routine maintenance, we had minimal issues with the Cruze and were able to maintain the value and sell it for a good price when the time came. That positive experience helped establish our longstanding relationship with the dealership. Our recent experience at Bob Fisher Chevrolet was very positive, as it typically is, but the high price for labor was unexpected and very disappointing to learn about. Nevertheless, the service team very thorough and treated our Chevy Equinox with care and attention to detail. They took the time to explain the diagnosis and provided suggested courses of actions. The service team also cautioned us of the potential pitfalls if we decided not to move forward with the $1,500 (+) price tag for the work they were suggesting. Overall, Bob Fisher Chevrolet is a reputable dealership and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Purchased 2025 Trax . I had a great experience with Bob Krause purchasing my new car. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain the features, financing options, and paperwork clearly, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. Everything was handled professionally. We purchased a 2026 Z71 Suburban from Bob Fisher, From start to finish, our sales associate Harold was phenomenal. The sales manager and finance dept was phenomenal as well. Easy process the whole way through and great with explanations. Made the process very smooth. We will definitely recommend this dealership for new or used cars sales. 5 stars all the way across the board.

I went into Bob Fisher Chevrolet pretty gun-shy. In July 2025, I purchased a Corvette from Ourisman Chevrolet and the contract was ultimately unwound—anyone can read my review of that experience on the Ourisman Chevrolet of Rockville Facebook page. After that, I was hesitant to try again. In October 2025, I purchased my Corvette from Bob Fisher Chevrolet, and Robert and Walter were exactly what I needed at that point: they listened, addressed my concerns directly, and demonstrated in a real way that they do business differently. That made all the difference. I’m grateful for how they handled everything and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a Corvette (or any vehicle) who wants to be treated with respect and transparency.
