Every experience/encounter I’ve had at Bob Hook has been wonderful! I have now bought two vehicles from them & couldn’t be happier. Everyone there is ALWAYS So pleasant & eager to help. My personal favorites there are John in the service Department. He’s your go to guy for any vehicle questions or concerns. He’s so nice, smart & helpful! Today, Aaron helped me find my new SUV & it is perfect! From the moment I walked in the doors he was more than happy to help & answer all my questions. He made my experience today a breeze! I literally came in to test drive a car, I had a list of cars in my budget. I hadn’t even received my insurance check. AARON is amazing. He was very helpful, funny, kind and not at all pushy. Elisha got me all the information I needed before I even came to the dealership. She took her time and was very welcoming and not pushy! Kevin the sales manager called me directly and got me to come in. Max the salesman made the process the EASIEST car buying experience ever and I really mean that! They gave me more than fair enough for my trade and got me the car I wanted! If you all are in the market I highly recommend you to go and see them there! Great deals and great atmosphere is what you will get there! I want to thank them all again. We love the new car!
