Bob Howard Jeep

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and never pushy. My salesperson was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. They listened to what I wanted, met all my requests, and helped me get a fantastic deal. I absolutely love my new Jeep!

So disappointed with my meeting with the Manager-Taylor at the Bob Howard Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram used car area. I went to buy a 2021 Toyota Camry LE advertised by Bob Howard for $17,610.00. We called and made an appointment to test drive for the vehicle and we talked about the price being $17,610 plus $699.00 fee per the details advertised. When we sat down and completed all our information then the offer became over $20,000.00 total. The price advertised was a total lie. The dealership had no intention of selling vehicles as advertised. They add on windshield protection they say costs $999, theft protection $599, and other additional costs that my insurance covers. He tried to tell us that no dealership would sell the car as shown on website. This is also a false statement because I just bought a RAV4 as advertised from Fowler Toyota. Taylor lacked patience and showed disrespect the entire encounter, God Bless His Soul.

Bought a 2025 Jeep Wrangler 2 Door Sport! I was welcomed by salesperson Tyler when we came to the door. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable about all the vehicles In stock. My husband and I weren’t quite sure what type of Jeep we were wanting in the beginning, but Tyler helped us get to the perfect vehicle. It was in Tulsa, which they drove down to Oklahoma City. The sales manager, Dalton has been more than helpful. He came and sat with us to get to the price that was right for our budget. At any car dealership that I’ve ever been at, I have never even seen the sales manager until a final purchase was made and then maybe I would get a handshake. But at Bob Howard, Dalton came to the table personally to help us. The finance manager, Stephen, also came out and introduced himself and let us know that he would be helping us with the financing of the vehicle. He also was very knowledgeable and helped us get to the right financing group. He was also very personable and I enjoyed working with him.. We had things added to the vehicle, which meant that we dropped the Jeep off to have it done. Again, Dalton the sales manager personally came out and visited with us along with our salesman Tyler. I’m telling ya, these gentlemen are the best.! I feel that I not only got the perfect vehicle for us, but also feel great about the people that helped us get there!

Worst service experience I’ve had with Bob Howard. The customer service was terrible, communication was unprofessional, and the repair prices were outrageously inflated. I felt completely taken advantage of and pressured into expensive repairs that did not seem justified. Instead of being honest and transparent, the service department made the entire process stressful and frustrating. For the amount of money they charge, I expected professionalism and integrity, but unfortunately that was not my experience at all. I absolutely do not recommend using this dealership or service department. If you care about fair pricing and honest service, take your vehicle somewhere else and get a second opinion before agreeing to anything here.

12/02/2025 Dropped off my vehicle for an oil change and an issue with my turn signal not canceling. My service advisor was Ryan Bean. Ryan was very friendly and showed real concern about my vehicle. Ryan went the extra mile by researching the computer data base and discovering the problem I was having was in fact a Previous recall item and was able to negotiate the replacement for defective part at no charge to me. Ryan also was able to get all my repair accomplished by the next morning. The other thing that I found very comforting is that Ryan called me several times to place my mind at ease that progress was happening on my vehicle repairs. Ryan Beam is fantastic and should be commended for representing Bob Howard in such a outstanding role. Darren, You guys are awesome. Just picked up my truck from service. Dropped it off this morning for its first oil change and for two recalls. Oil change done and both recalls taken care of. Also free inspection and tire rotation. When I picked it up, Alex Mendoza said no charge. He reminded me my first oil change was free. I forgot. Thanks again for setting that up when I purchased the truck.
