Bob Johnson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram- Watertown

No stars for Bob Johnson. 5 days after buying my vehicle, the front differential lost its oil from a leaking seal after they had "fixed" it. They made two more attempts to fix the 4 wheel drive and then nothing. It's not fixed and they haven't attempted to come good on it. Now they ignore my phone calls through caller ID. I have even went the the General manager also, on the matter. But still nothing, except I have filed to the Attorney General's office. Do not buy a vehicle from them. And also still haven't seen the spare key that was promised. Ps. It wouldn't let me post this without having one start. Which they don't deserve.

I received one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Brianne and Holly from the service department went above and beyond for their amazing customer service! Not only did they both have amazing communication but made sure my car was fixed in lighting speed! Between running back and forth too Pulaski to get my car down and back, too overnighting a part to make sure I had my car back in two days. I will 100 percent be a returning customer just because of the incredible Service department. 10/10 recommend 🙂

My 3rd 5 star review for them across several platforms. Just because they did as I asked & what was necessary. That's all I can be greatful for. And it is something to be greatful for & leave several 5 stsr reviews when these days you will often not get what you went into a place for, leave with extra issues & attitude coming in amd leaving from the staff. Not here. They are helpful & great. Super busy, for sure. But thats because theyre good.

I turned in a car that needed some body work done first and the body shop did an amazing job! Johanna was very friendly and helpful with the process. On the purchase of my new car I originally spoke with Mike on the phone and then worked with Joe in the store. It was a very smooth experience. There is never any pressure put on you as a buyer. This is our third purchase from Bob Johnson. I highly recommend them!
