From beginning to end working with my sales associate Antonio and the Manager Chris was one of the best dealership experiences I have ever had. It may seem small but a handshake and introduction from the manager meant a lot to me. I knew who I was working with immediately which felt personal and showed a level of care I didnt receive from most of the dealers I went to along my search. Highly reccomend when you are ready to pull the trigger.

Bought a 2020 Nissan frontier from them sale went fine went in did the deal no problem besides them trying to sell me the extended warranty gave them the time to do the paperwork so I could pick the truck up. Picked it up the Saturday after Black Friday finishing signing paperwork where they added the extended warranty that I didn’t want into the final sale looking at it now probably should of gotten the warranty truck was brought back a couple days later for chipped and cracked paint the wrote we owe you for the work to be done the guy I dealt with at bob johnson collision did an excellent job and so did the paint department but took a lot to get my truck back gave them the time they needed to paint got a call to pick up from the original person I was dealing with was sick so went thru someone else to pick it up get there wait 30 to 45 min for them to tell me they can’t get my truck started and they will bring it to the Nissan dealer Monday to have it looked at. Got a call Monday it all set go to pick it up get the keys go to start it won’t start at at that point getting annoyed so they say will bring it to the Nissan dealer and have them look at it. Days after no call no info on my truck called at least 6 times the Nissan dealer the sales manager at bob Johnson (kyle) not one call back only one to call me back was the collision center the person I originally dealt with and he got it tracked down that it would be done that Friday and not one of the other people I contacted returned a call but him. Ended up being the brake pedal sensor for the push button start. But I will also be calling after new years is done because the truck is making a creaking sound and transmission seem to be having problems. All I can say is I’m not happy I looked at the truck at night so I didn’t see the paint problem till it took owner ship and I had to bleed air out the radiator system because it was making a gurgling sound plus the sensor that went for the auto start now have a suspension noise with weird transmission shaking and vibration don’t think they do a good job of going thru used vehicles before sale came from an older truck that ran better than this one bought it for 25k now I have to worry if I’m going to have 25k paper weight on my hand in a year. Bottom line I would not recommend bob Johnson used to my worst enemy

I had an awesome experience today working with Kevin Fitzpatrick!! I found a car I wanted to test drive and was also possibly looking to trade in my vehicle. He made the process so smooth and easy from start to finish! I did not think I would go in for a test drive and be able to drive home a new car in the same day. Definitely recommended!

We purchased a 2024 Sienna with the help and patience of Connor. Initially, we were looking at used vehicles so Connor texted me with updates whenever he came across a Sienna that fit our search parameters. He graciously helped me and my two toddlers with a couple test drives. There was never any pressure from Connor throughout the month we were looking and narrowing our search. Ultimately, we decided to go with a new Sienna instead of used and Connor helped us find the one we wanted. He was kind, efficient, and tolerant of our kids as we spent the day test driving, purchasing, and trading in 2 cars. If you are in the market to buy a car -new or used- ask for Connor!
