I traded my new Toyota Rav4 so I could lower my payments. My sales rep Darren Freeman was excellent and got me into a 2021 Subaru Forester that I love. Now if only the service part of Fuccillo was as stellar as the sales part. The service part is the worst I have ever dealt with in my 40 years of buying vehicles. They never answer the phone or call back when leaving a message. I call 3 times and never got a call back each times for different services. One was oil change, and another inspection and the last was a strange noise from the rt rear of vehicle when driving under 20 m.p.h. . Needless to say it's been over a week and I brought it to my old garage which did an awesome job. I so miss Toyota Waite and would never recommend this dealership for anyone. Just saying and all the awesome sale reps need a better place to sale . Thank you

My parents went out of their way to get me the gift of a 'new' van after mine died. This dealership had a used 2023 Chrysler Pacifica. My parents drove out to Watertown from Syracuse to look at said van. All was great, the salesman said they don't typically fill up used cars they only put $20 in then and only fill new ones, but he would make sure mine was filled when I went to pick it up. He also said they would clean it before we picked it up. We arrived to pick it up, the tank was not full, we asked and he said he never told them that and wouldn't do it for us. The car was FILTHY. Never even attempted to clean it. Then we go to sign the papers and he tells us there is a recall on the airbags. WHY WASN'T A MAJOR RECALL ADDRESSED TO MY PARENTS WHEN THEY PUT THE DOWN PAYMENT DOWN FOR THIS VAN?! WHY DID YOU WAIT UNTIL THE YOUNG MOTHER DROVE OUT FROM SYRACUSE WITH HER SMALL CHILDREN TO TELL US THERE WAS A SAFETY RECALL FOR THE AIRBAGS?! The salesman lied and withheld information. They didn't fill the tank as promised, they didn't clean it as promised, and didn't notify us of any recall until we picked it up. They knew damn well driving out from Syracuse with small children we wouldn't be able to deal with it. I am livid. My mom submitted a complaint on the website and no one reached out to her. I am not stopping until this is addressed. This is absolutely terrible service and unacceptable to sell a minivan with a recall to a family with 4 small children and not tell them until they drive over an hour to come pick it up.

I love my vehicle. My sales Rep Anthony Thompson was amazing. He listened to me of what I was looking for and was very helpful until I found what I want. I would recommend anyone to buy their next vehicle here. I will definitely buy my future vehicles here

Darren freeman is a life saver I needed a car as quick a possible and he did it. I went to 3 different dealer shipper and no one would help me because of me credit. He got me in a beautiful 2019 Subaru crosstrek that day I couldn’t be happier. I recommend fuccillo imports to everybody. Ask for Darren he’ll get you what you need.

I had a very smooth buying experience. I came in with my pre-approval from my bank and test drove a list of cars I had picked out. Sales rep Darren F. was very courteous and attentive to questions I had asked. I look forward to doing business here again in the future.
