The entire process was extremely easy and transparent. We are enjoying the SUV and the gas mileage is better than advertised.

The employees are professional and friendly. They nice selection of vehicles onsite plus they are willing to ship in the vehicle you want if it’s not here. My only issue is that they can only do a limited amount of repairs here in Watertown.

For maintenance repairs, they are extremely good! My rear left side shock went through the control arm. They quoted for the inspection and repair for a good cost and they are fast and did the repair right. The tech mechanics their have top knowledge, where other shops I have expirenced in this area included well over 2 times the cost for repairs. Highly recommend

Great people. Service staff very nice. My issue is this is the second time I’ve purchased a new vw and have to get a tech issue fixed. I get a new car so I don’t have to worry about car issues
