They don’t provide any type of documentation for their vehicles, such as a Carfax or any type of service receipts. The owner is very arrogant and says that he’s been in the business forever and he doesn’t believe in providing this for a customer. Good luck with that business mentality from the 1950s.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE FOR SERVICE HERE I was originally quoted 1000+ for parts and service on a water pump replacement for a 2017 Chevy sonic, after my warranty talked to them, it was only a little under 700. Not only that but across 5 phone calls and 3 in person visits, the service manager never once remembered my name. Took the service manager 2 days to call the warranty company, and when I showed up to pay the bill, he hasn’t even gotten the forms from them yet when I came in the day after a phone call as we had scheduled for me to pay the invoice and he had NO IDEA why I was even there, he was completely surprised and oblivious. Then after everything was said and done and the warranty had covered everything, SUDDENLY a 40 dollar part popped up after the work And inspection had been done. After the second visit, I was passing by the shop again when one of the mechanics came flying out of the garage, didn’t stop to look and there was no turn signal either and he was speeding down the road, I hope it wasn’t a customer vehicle. Price gouging and unprofessional work, you’d be wise to take your business elsewhere where they might even remember who you are and show that they care about their customers and the work they do.

Absolutely delighted with our buying experience. Tim was great, no pressure. I drove 100 miles to purchase our New Tahoe. Would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a fair and honest experience.
