Bob King Hyundai

This was the best expedience ever buying a new car. Lisa was the first person to reach out to me and helped me through the process how everything on my new Hyundai Tucson worked, she was wonderful. Chuck was the gentlemen that I worked with on purchasing my new car, very knowledgeable about the process and gave me a great deal. The last person I was with was Will and he helped me with all the financing. Will was vey helpful and did not try and get you to get a bunch of extra add ons like some of the finance people. It was a great experience and I highly recommend anyone to buy there cars from Bob King Hyundai.

I would like to brag on the biggest all star at Bob King Hyundai, and that is Keirsten Akers in the service department, she is always so nice and polite, and thinking of nothing but my best interest. I have dealt with her very many times during my 4 vehicles owned from this dealership since my first Hyundai in 2019 and I just think she is so good at her job, now we both know each other's voice when on the phone , she always goes above and beyond , and does it with a big smile. I always come away very satisfied and happy when she takes care of my service needs, I just think the world of her, she is a really important asset to Bob King Hyundai, and I hope to see her every time I go in to have my vehicle serviced, she is such a great representative of Bob King Hyundai if she ever leaves I will follow her to whatever dealership she goes to , she is that important to my vehicle, I trust her completely with my vehicle care 100% , I came in to have my back hatch looked at because it was not completely closing every time and she offered to have a technician check it , she suggested that she did not mind checking it in case it was something simple, and it was the tech had it fixed in 5 minutes, so I did not have to take a loaner and leave it. She is so sharp like that, after that she had already checked and asked me if I wanted to wait, that there was an update for my front camera, I did not even know about it, so again by being on top of things so sharply , she also made sure that my camera got it's update that it needed, who knows if I would have ever been mailed anything about it, but thanks to Keirsten she took care of it for me by being proactive and checking my vehicle for any current updates due, I mean this lady is really smart and on top of her game, I am so glad that she works for Bob King Hyundai, it gives me such peace of mind that I know she is there for me and my vehicle and I am really enjoying my latest purchase of my 2026 Hyundai Tucson Sel Awd and hope to always see Keirsten's very nice smile and great attitude I look forward to every time that I see her , she just has a way of making a person feel very important and well taken care of and if you had a bad day after talking to her you feel so positive and you forget about anything bad , and leave happy and good about your vehicle. Jocelyn was my sales rep and she did a fine job considering I was buying an unrelated Chrysler vehicle at a Hyundai. The finance people were also very helpful in making me a deal that made sense. The whole experience was pleasant and I was able to get a good feel for both the staff and the vehicle before making my decision. The Pacifica I bought has been treating me fairly well and the follow up from Bob Kings staff since has been on point. Would recommend at present, definitely above water far as I can tell. Thanks!

A couple of days after someone ran a red light and wrecked our car, we decided to start shopping for a new one just in case insurance totaled it instead of fixing it. After hitting a few other places, we walked into Bob King Hyundai. Will Collette greeted us and made us feel completely at ease from the start, no pressure, no tactics, just genuine help. During our visit and test drive he answered every question we had (even the dumb ones) like a pro, and his easygoing demeanor and sense of humor made the whole thing enjoyable. When we found one we liked but not in the color we wanted, he offered to check other dealerships while we waited to hear from insurance. Once we decided to buy, instead of just handing us the keys and saying bye, Will surprised us by getting in the car with us and walking us through everything in the digital display before we drove off: driver profiles, all the controls, the best settings to use. Totally unexpected and so appreciated! He turned a really stressful situation into a great experience.
