I bought a New 2026 GMC Terrain fromy Bob Moore yesterday and I could never be more pleased with how I was taken care of from the Salesman Ethan, Who did a Complete and Wonderful job on selling Me the Vehicle. I want to thank and highly recommend our salesman, Jeff Lara! I just bought a brand new 2026 GMC Sierra HD 2500 Denali Ultimate from Bob Moore Buick GMC last week. Jeff was very helpful during the initial dealership visit, he proved to be very knowledgeable about the trucks he was showing us (we went to another dealership to look at the competition - Ford - but their sales team were not really knowledgeable about the trucks). Know that I had driven a 2024 GMC Sierra HD 2500 Denali for two years so, I was very familiar with the 2026 trucks, but just let Jeff explain the features, etc. to me and he did a fantastic job. During the negotiation process, again, Jeff was very helpful and helped us get to a deal we were happy to make. The management team (Duke Potter) here was also very helpful (Some other dealers have management teams that actually block sales). The delivery process was no exception. Jeff was a star! Despite the dealership’s service department being unavailable to help, Jeff handled the minor things himself (tonneau cover, wheel locks, front bumper plate holder). Jeff is definitively a good salesman, I highly recommend him. He has gone above and beyond what you would expect from a typical salesman. If you are looking for a truck, Jeff is definitely someone who can truly help you.

Jeff Lara helped me get my 2024 Chevy Colorado and the whole experience was great. He was super easy to work with, answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured at all. Garron was absolutely amazing! We came in after unexpectedly needing to purchase a new vehicle due to my car being totaled, and he really took the time to listen to what I needed. He was more than happy to show us options so we could figure out what size and type of vehicle would work best for our family. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and so patient—especially while we were managing our son during the process. The finance portion was a breeze, and Ricky was just as kind and understanding. The entire team at Bob Moore Buick GMC was an absolute delight to work with. After having a nightmare of an experience at a couple of other dealerships in Tulsa and Oklahoma City, this dealership completely blew everywhere else out of the water. I can honestly say this was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. If we ever need another vehicle in the future, we will 100% be returning.

It’s rare nowadays to walk into a business where the environment is full of positive energy & encouragement. Everyone I came into contact with took the time to learn my name, ask me how my day was, & ask me if I needed anything.
