I bought my Subaru Crosstrek (special order) from Bob Moore 2 years ago. They gave me the best deal after visiting another Subaru dealership. Since then there service department has been nothing but awesome. I got 2 years of free maintance. My service adviser Patrick offered a free car wash and keep me up to date on the service status. They also texted and emailed me video of there work and inspection (NICE). They treat you like you are one of the best customers. I always wait and thankful they have really nice waiting area. I bring my dog and they have a small dog area. She is also welcome inside. She gets lots of attention. I will continue to bring my car there and buy my next Subaru there as long as they keep up the service. Thank You Bob Moore Subaru

Out of all my car buying experiences, Bob Moore Subaru was the best! Everyone was so nice and hospitable. I immediately felt welcomed. I initially arrived to check out a lightly used 2024 BRZ. It was beautiful, but after I test drove it I quickly realized it wasn’t a good fit. Looked at a WRX and also test drove two different Crosstreks. After checking out those vehicles, I finally test drove a 2026 Impreza and immediately fell in love. My salesperson, Tey was so kind, patient and understanding. He truly cares about his customers and wants them to be happy with their purchase. Once the sales portion was completed, I met Kylie in finance. She was personable, kind and explained everything perfectly. Not only was the price reasonable, but I got an excellent rate and I found a vehicle that fits my current lifestyle. My dealings with Bob Moore Subaru so far have been with the experts in the parts department. These guys are awesome! I took up a project this summer of rebuilding an engine in my 2014 Crosstrek, and the parts staff was not only very helpful in getting me the parts I needed, but also very patient with me as I worked through the project. I would not hesitate doing another rebuild on a Subaru knowing that these professionals are nearby!

Originally, the team had already prepped another vehicle for me that I planned on purchasing, but after I found a different vehicle within the Bob Moore Auto Group that was exactly what I had wanted all along, Corey and his team went above and beyond to make it happen. They quickly coordinated getting the vehicle transferred from another location, had it ready for me, and made the entire process incredibly smooth. Aaron Scott was fantastic throughout the experience. He treated me fairly on my trade, was easy to talk to, never made the process feel pressured, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with the purchase. You can tell he values relationships and customer experience, not just selling cars. Terry Jones in Finance was equally impressive. Even while handling payoff confirmation with my previous lender, he had me in and out of the finance office in about 25 minutes. Everything was straightforward, professional, and efficient. This team delivered one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. The level of communication, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. I highly recommend Corey Rucker and his team at Bob Moore Subaru for both new and used vehicles. They genuinely care about making sure customers leave happy.

Highly recommend Ashlee. She was very attentive to my mom and found the perfect fit for her. We bought a beautiful Subaru Ascent that she absolutely loves. They were able to help us absorb some of the cost we had from a bad deal at Seth Wadley Ford in Perry we had made the previous month. Everyone was great and the finance manager made everything easy. He was great about explaining the warranties and it was surprising how cost effective it was to extend her warranty out further than the manufacturer. I’ll be going back this week to see Ashlee to find my car next!
