We drove from Columbus, OH to purchase a Wrangler with Briar. I spoke with him over the phone after expressing interest online with all the specifics of what I was looking for and he was able to deliver the vehicle but more so, the customer service! There's nothing worse than spending half a day in a dealership to buy a car - we were not there more than 30 minutes. Just long enough to sign paperwork, review features on the vehicle, drive it quickly and leave!! Honestly, this was our best car buying experience and I would 10/10 recommend and have in fact to many friends already. Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience!

There were several things which needed fixing on the 2022 van I am buying. He has pledged to get the repairs done before we close the deal! So hopefully I can take delivery next week! David W.

I had a great experience with the Bob Poynter dealership. From my initial inquiry, to walking out the door with a new vehicle, Briar was fantastic to work with. He answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful. I drove two hours to test drive the vehicle, and it was worth every bit of my time. I really needed a truck for a good price. I called in and asked if they had any good deals in inventory and like everyone else they said yes. But I was in the area and I stopped in and talked to a guy named Trent. He was super helpful and the whole team was there to help me out. They gave me a really great deal on a very nice truck. It's been a couple of weeks now and everything has been great with the truck. I was really thankful that they did not try to pressure me or sell me something above what I did not want. All in all they were just great people to deal with.
