Absolutely awesome dealership they treated me with the utmost respect. They were very kind and courteous. They answered all my questions they let me test drive as many cars as I wanted without acting annoyed. The staff were very respectful they were going above and beyond in their treatment and communication was superb. Even after my purchase they continued to have the same energy when having the car at ziebart in Lafayette they stayed on top of letting me know about the progress while I was waiting by the way ziebart of Lafayette did an amazing job. Also big shout out to Will he did an amazing job.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIPS! I bought a 2023 Toyota Camry from here in January of 2024. At the time of the purchase I was presented a clean carfax by Rohrman, and told the vehicle had never been in a crash. Outside of a bumper that didn’t completely snap in place and some small scratches, I was happy with the car. That was until summer rolled around and the A/C in my car did not work. I took it to a mechanic who discovered the cars compressor and condenser were severely damaged. During this inspection they also discovered that a large piece of my bumper that holds the bottom of my car in place was missing. They concluded that this vehicle had been in a small wreck that was never reported. In that crash they believe the cars compressor/condenser system was damaged and never fixed, along with the bumper that was never replaced. I contacted Rohrman about this to see if they would cover the cost of a new compressor and confessor, or at least replace the missing parts of the bumper they sold me the car without. Sadly, like many others, I was met with unfriendliness and accusations. This company negotiated in bad faith and sold me a car they clearly knew was damaged. They sold the car to me with missing parts in the first place. Rohrman will hide behind their “sold as is” policy and pawn the blame off on you. I thought I was getting a good deal on this car but I have now put nearly two thousand dollars of repairs into it. No help from this company at all, not even an apology. Very disappointing. Do not take this company at their word. Thoroughly check the car before purchase and run it by a mechanic. I regret not doing it myself. Thankfully Toyota Corporate stepped up and paid for a new bumper thanks to my 36,000 mile warrant. Rohrman could learn a thing or two about customer service from them. Would give zero stars to them if I could. P.S. You can see the broken compressor, missing bumper piece, and dried paint from the crash in the pictures below. And the unhinged bumper.

Karim was amazing to work with! He was kind, caring, understanding, and appreciative. He made the whole process so easy and answered any questions I had. Being from out of town, he was willing to jump on a phone call to explain the process and next steps. He is a great salesman who is very knowledgeable and helpful. Can’t recommend him enough. Will was a great salesman to work with over the phone, mostly by text. I was buying from out-of-state and getting other price quotes from multiple dealers. Of all salesman I messaged with, Will was the most straight forward of all of them. He was respectful in responding to my offers and advocated appropriately for what I wanted out of a deal. Will also sent me a walk-around video of the vehicle condition before I had to prompt him, much to my appreciation when buying remotely. In the 11th hour another dealership ended up getting my business with a bigger discount than what Will's sales manager could stand to do. However, the final deal I had worked out with Will was still fair and the process to get there was more pleasant than with anyone else I worked with. Request Will if you plan to purchase a vehicle from this dealership.
