Will was fantastic to work with. He was very responsive and patient, especially since I was not from the area. I initially looked for a vehicle in my local area (NWI), however, no other Hyundai dealerships wanted to work a deal and when they did reach out it was hours and days later. Will responded immediately to my texts/emails. Worked the deal through text/email and he had everything ready to go when I came in. I was in and out with a new car in under an hour. Just a great experience. Sales manager and finance manager were also extremely nice and helpful as well. Again, it was the easiest/best experience I ever had buying a vehicle.

I greatly appreciate how well taken care of these great men and women make a person feel. Anything that your vehicle is in need of is ALWAYS broken down into detail. Even dumbed down if needed. Not done unless asked to be yet always done in the most respectful way. Love the way they are always doing something to engage with the community. That's great! There is never any pressure to have anything done. Although for the most part it is expensive as heck to have anything done at any dealership they are great at informing you of any deals they have to offer. Like an oil change for half the price it used to be. Helpful, informative, and great non pressured attitudes!!

Dylan Giles was the absolute best salesperson I have worked with in a long time. He basically did not pressure me into buying the car. He actually stated I want you to be happy with your purchase. I will be back.
