I can’t even begin to describe how disappointed I was with my experience with the service and sales department. I purchased a certified preowned mini w/ 16k miles on it and it needed rear brake replacement only 1000k miles after I had driven it. Took 3 days for me to set up a service appointment. I left several voice messages, and Jasmine the service manager never got back to me. I brought my car in for them to measure what was left on the rear brake pads, and I was told it was at the spec minimum. I can’t believe I was sold a car that needed rear brake replacement after 1000 miles of driving. I tried to get in touch with the sales department to see if there was anything they could do to help me square this away so I wasn’t paying $600 for something I feel like should have been taken care of before I purchased the car, but no one ever got back to me. Ultimately I had no help or follow up. If this was the brakes situation, I had zero confidence on the rest of the vehicle or ability to receive customer service. Same day decided to sell the car back to them. Mark the used sales manager was seeming the only helpful person I felt with. Hopefully I get paid out on both the service warranty and the balance of my car sooner than the 2 weeks/30-45 days I was told. My husband and I were recently driving through the area and something struck and pierced through the windshield. We still had another couple hours left to drive and we weren’t sure how we were going to make it to our destination with glass over the car and with a broken windshield. We called Bob Smith Mini to see if they could help and they exceeded my expectations. The employees and agents were so kind, so quick to help us out and gave us a loaner car to help us get where we were going. We were quickly back on the road and came back to a fixed vehicle by the wend of the weekend. Highly recommend Bob Smith Mini Team!!!

I always get exceptional service here and yesterday was no different! I woke up to a flat tire with a gash in it and immediately called Bob Smith Mini. I’ve never actually had my tires changed at the dealership before, because everyone told me it would be pricier, but decided to bite the bullet because not everyone carries Mini tires and I couldn’t wait a couple days for a replacement. I call and immediately they told me my tires were in stock and they would service me when my tow truck dropped off - no appointment necessary! Tell me why, when I get there the replacement is cheaper than everywhere else I’ve ever gone?!?! Yes! Bob Smith charged me LESS for a tire replacement than every tire shop I’ve gone to in my adult life! I was today years old when I learned that! They did the service in a hour! AND they only had one tire tech that day! You can’t tell me that’s not remarkable! They are always quick and I leave with my Mini the same day! They will also give it a good wash and clean the interior - complimentary! I feel like I have my own pit crew at Bob Smith Mini! Mathew is always great and so is Jasmynn! Jasmynn helped me out during my last service appointment. They are always professional, friendly, reassuring, and kind. The team checked up on me in the lead up to my tow, upon arrival, during the appointment, and after. They cared more about me than the people who actually caused my tire damage - long story! Anyways, Bob Smith Mini is my tried and true and it’s sad to say I’ve not always had the best experience at other dealerships. If you are thinking about going to Mini Universal - avoid. They have a great inventory, so if you get your car there, be sure to service at Bob Smith! You’ll thank me later.
