I've been going to Bob steele for years now. But this past weekend, was not as pleasant as usual. It started off by arriving for my scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Intake was prompt and pleasant, but that was it. My wife and I decided to take a walk around the lot while waiting, only to be constantly approached by sales reps. Then after about an hour and a half they brought our truck around. At that point I checked and found the tires were not rotated, after being told they were. They took the truck back. 45 minutes later the truck came back out covered in greasy prints. I just excepted it and left. Miles down the road found out that they didn't set the tire pressures properly and didn't reprogram tire pressure sensors. I stopped else were and paid to have that done. Bob Steele in the past has been great, but something has changed.

To start off with I haven't had a good experience when buying a new car but yesterday was different, Terry and myself bought a new Equinox at Bob Steele, everything went smoothly and as planned. Everybody was very nice and respectful and our sales guy, Britton, was a knowledgeable sales person on there product, he not once had to ask anybody to answer any of our questions, he knew the answer and showed us how to do it. We can't say enough about Britton and his partner Jason, the finance guy, he worked hard to get us to a fair price. Good job guys, will do business again. Don Everhart

With my lease ending soon, I needed to find a new vehicle and turned to Gustavo, who helped my spouse and me find the perfect car. He truly advocated for us and made sure we got the best possible deal. Huge shoutout to Billy Jr. and Stewart as well for jumping in and staying late to get the deal done. Made an appointment to have an oil, oil filter change, tire rotation, and new wiper blades installed. ('24 Chevy Blazer) Did not expect it to take as long as it did. Service advisor Melisa St. Louis told me when I arrived that it would take an hour and a half to an hour and forty-five minutes. I could see on the monitors in the waiting area that they appeared to finish the work in 30 - 45 minutes. The vehicle was removed from the work area a short while later. I waited another 30+ minutes before I was told the vehicle was ready. The waiting area was very clean and cool. It was raining a bit as I drove home and to my surprise the driver side windshield wiper came loose. Luckily it didn't fall all the way off. Since I was close to home, I re-installed the wiper myself. Just hope it doesn't come off again. The paperwork I received afterword recommended a four-wheel alignment, and a brake fluid exchange as part of a recommended 30k mile service. However, I had the vehicle there in January for 30k mile service. The paperwork from that visit indicated they did the brake fluid exchange at that time. No mention was made of the four-wheel alignment.
