Josh and the crew were fantastic, Josh went way above and beyond to get us a great deal. He worked hard to get us the best deal. Even worked past hours to complete the deal. The bronco is badass. I purchased a truck from this dealership, and the check engine light came on during the drive home. I immediately contacted them, and they scheduled an appointment for the following week. They claimed the issue was repaired, but the check engine light came back on as soon as I left the dealership. My wife returned the truck, and we were initially told there was nothing they could do. After I called again, they agreed to take another look. This time, they sent the truck to Glenbrook Dodge for repairs and provided me with a loaner vehicle. Nearly a month later, the truck was finally ready. However, I was informed that the extended warranty would not cover all of the repairs and that I would be responsible for $520 out of pocket. The entire experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and handled poorly from start to finish. Having a check engine light appear on the drive home after purchasing a vehicle is concerning enough, but the repeated trips, conflicting information, lengthy repair process, and unexpected repair costs made the situation even worse. Based on my experience, I would recommend shopping elsewhere if you're looking for a pre-owned vehicle.

We dealt with Justin Petties at Bob Thomas Ford. My wife and I were both very impressed with his professionalism and laid back approach. We did not feel pressured at all and were able to look and test drive what we wanted which was a beautiful metallic blue Chevy Blazer RS, which we ended up purchasing. Tim Guisewhite their finance manager was also a joy to work with. He was very kind, personable and worked overtime to help us get what we needed. Overall it was a very positive experience and we look forward to working with their team again in the future.

Anthony in the service dept. was amazing. We had a problem driving from Pensacola to Michigan. They took the car in immediately and repaired it . Extremely polite and understanding. This is a great dealership. Could have easily turned us away or over charged us .

Awesome experience. Walked in late on a Saturday afternoon and was greeted immediately and within 2 hours-ish we were driving away in a brand new Mustang! Jamie the salesman remembered me from another purchase that I made 3 years ago! Tim in finance also remembered me from my previous purchase. Everyone was professional and very relaxed which made us feel comfortable and confident.
