This week I purchased a 2025 Lexus RX 350 Premium Plus from the Bobby Rahal dealership and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Cody, my sales consultant, took the time to go over all the details and made sure the vehicle was a great fit—especially since I was coming from a third-row SUV. After the test drive, I knew right away the RX was going to be my next car. The management team quickly evaluated my trade-in and worked out a fair deal, and Ben in finance made the financing process quick and easy. Since it was late in the day, we set up pickup for the next morning. When I returned, Kevin wrapped up the paperwork and walked me through all the options, making sure everything was clear before signing. The entire process was straightforward, efficient, and completely pressure-free. If you’re on the fence about switching to a Lexus, I definitely recommend stopping in and taking one for a test drive—you’ll notice the difference right away. If I could give a million stars I would!!! Way better than the Mechanicsburg dealer! If you are even thinking of purchasing a Lexus, this dealer will NOT disappoint. Cody was great! He went above and beyond to help me and provide me all the information I could ask for. Everyone here was so helpful for me finding my next car :) And I left with it that same day, the used car I bought from them. I love the vehicle, it has such low mileage and the interior and exterior are kept so well clean. If you are in need of car service/repairs or a new/pre-owned car, Bobby Rahal Lexus of Lancaster is the place to go! I'll share my story with you. My car was turning off when I put it in gear so I took my 2005 Lexus RX 330 to this location because I trust their expertise and the customer service has always been outstanding. Noah Chronister in the service department gathered information about what was going on with the car and put me in a 2026 Lexus RX 350 loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced! Talk about amazing service! I had a strong feeling that my car was beyond repair. The mechanics work diligently on my vehicle, but it was too far gone. After all it was a 2005 and it served me well at 211,000 miles. I came to pick up my vehicle, but in the back of my mind I prayed to leave with a new car. I even came with documents that may be needed for financing such as pay stubs, bank statements, tax return, etc. Ron Bezzard, my salesman helped to narrow down vehicles in my requested price range. He was so helpful and knowledgeable; knowing what to look for in the listings. The vehicle in this picture was available. This 2015 Lexus NX200t was AWESOME! It was so classy and state of the art! The car was well maintained and very clean. Ron and I went for a test drive; needless to say the vehicle handled very well. I was ready to move on to financing. I don't have top of the line credit, so I didn't know how this part would go. Ben Smith, the finance manager, helped me tremendously! I got a great deal for my trade and a car payment that I can afford! Zach Barstow in finance wrapped everything up reviewing the paperwork and other details. Zach was very personable and made me feel at ease with the process. I truly had a great experience here at Bobby Rahal Lexus of Lancaster. Everyone was so nice and helpful from the first greeting at the service desk to finalizing the paperwork on my new car. Thank you all for making this a positive and memorable experience for me. The entire team and experience buying from this dealership was great! Samantha was our sales rep, she helped us find the perfect car really quickly, had a great knowledge of the entire Lexus lineup, and did a great job making my family feel comfortable during the boring parts :) Overall we are very happy and highly recommend visiting Bobby Rahal if you are in the market.
