Bobby's Towing

This company is a scam. Verizon roadside service dispatched them for a tow. The driver did not get out of the truck and sat there. The police were at the scene and my doorbell camera captured the driver pulling off. The mechanic and I, myself, reached out to tow company to see why the car was not towed. The dispatcher lied and said she tried to call me twice and my voice mail was full. Which was not true and the entire thing was caught on my doorbell camera. If I had not called them to see why my car was not towed, I would have never had any communication from them.

Had an unexpected issue with my jeep 15 miles from home at the end of an over 3 hr trip. Mike/Michael from Bobby's was there to pick me up within 30 minutes of my jeep breaking down, was super professional and fast as well as being kind and a genuine good guy to have a conversation with, even let me take my cat to ride in the cab with us as we towed my ride to my place. Really appreciate the good service and the kindness.

Excellent service! Response time was short, I waited less than an hour for pickup and drop off. The driver was very polite, respectful and professional. I would recommend them again.

Thier tow truck damaged our property while delivering a customer car and they refuse to do anything about it! I advise all commercial garages to not use for tows or allow thier trucks on thier property ! I will be making a police report and speaking to my lawyer.0000rating and contacting BBB....

This company is all about money! Doesn’t care about people and Kierra if that’s her name explained that very well!! Kierra was sooooo rude!! It’s cold and we’ve waited almost 4 hours. I just tried to ask questions yes being frustrated waiting in cold blocking traffic. They took my order knowing they could not fill it. Just a waste of 4 hours only to be hung up on. Rude! If you don’t want your job then you shouldn’t have picked it! I’ve worked customer service for over 15 years and I have never talked to a customer that way and I worked for light company before! I was caused out for people not paying their bill and still never spoke to them like she did. She need to grow up!! Don’t use this company it’s a waste of time. And if they picked her as an employee then have no taser or values.
