They are very kind but they don't know anything. They couldn't find a problem with my car overheating. Pouring more coolant into it seems like that would help, and they pour the coolant into the car when it's not. Not even someone who isn't a mechanic understands that.
Great experience. Hit a deer in my company car. They got it right in to tear it apart to see the extent of the damage and order parts and got me back on the road in no time!!!
