Boisvert Chevrolet Buick GMC Corvette

We bought a used vehicle December 2024, we went to our local gmc dealer for the first service back in the summer and they told me the shocks were completely finished on it and they should have seen that in there inspection done when I purchased the suv, as the conditions of the shocks has been a problem well before we purchased it and now Boisvert salesman Jefferey raposo waits to respond to my message till after the one year mark and says it’s been a year and that he won’t cover any cost to repair this… I would never buy a vehicle from him or Boisvert and this has been reported to the consumer protection in the province or Quebec and will be also reported to the better business bureau canada. Very unsatisfied

Went there to look for an EV, i was pretty serious about doing the switch. Sales man was nice , told be he'd be in touch via email and call me back. He never emailed me back , I had to call and get his email to send him one for him to reply he'd get back to me the same day. Waited 2 days . Called him every day once a day for over a week. EVERY SINGLE TIME he told me im with clients right now let me call you back in an hour ,OR I got somebody on another line can I call you back. He never did. I've never a sales man who doesn't want to do money like this guy. Im going to another dealer where the sales man actually wants to work on a transaction with me. Im done running after someone to give them money , that's just insulting.

The easiest time for me to get a car. I called asked if they had a model they advertised. Went by an jour later and took the car. They held the car for me a couple of weeks so i did not need to change the tires back and forth. Picked up car on agreed date. They were very helpful in setting up the on star and away i went. The best was there were no surprises. Highly recommended.
